Yes. our emergency services is what we do best. Our services are virtual can assist your company with a MAXIMUM of 5 Staff. You can divert your phone line to our phone-line and we will take your take messages and talk to your transfer your calls directly to your staff directly remotely for your convenience.
WILL I MEET MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN PERSON?
Most likely not. Our services are virtual and everything is done remotely for your convenience.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK ON HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?
Yes. We put you first which means we can work for you. pre-booking is necessary.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT HELP ME FILE MY TAXES?
No. We can however help with bookkeeping on many accounting software.
DO YOU PROVIDE TEMPORARY OR LONG TERM RECEPTIONIST SERVICE?
Yes. We can provide both.
